Fifth Meeting of the Special Commission

The Fifth Meeting of the Special Commission (SC) on the practical operation of the Convention of 29 MAy 1993 on Protection of Children and Co-operation in respect of Intercountry Adoption met online in July 2022. The IAFL was ably represented by IAFL Fellow Grazia Cesaro of Studio Legale Cesaro in Milan who was previously an expert for the Italian Central Commission.
