We have an introduction and round-up of the many activities of the Chapter from editor, Soma Kölcsényi.
Annie Dunster and Sandra Verburgt have written an article from the recent European Chapter's 35th Anniversary webinar and we share from the archives the minutes from the Chapter's first Annual General Meeting held in Munich in 1991.
We have reports from the IAFL Asia Pacific meeting in Brisbane as well as the Introduction to European Family Law conference in Thessaloniki last month.
We are delighted (and grateful) for the many informative articles from the IAFL European Fellows which include 'An Overview of transgender rights: Law 4/2023', 'Child custody with pets' and 'A Historic Step: Greece's new legislation on same-sex marriage'.
