IAML to observe at Hague Conference

IAML is delighted to announce that the International Academy has been allocated one of the very few observer seats for the Hague Conference Experts Group on Parentage/Surrogacy to be held by the Hague Conference Private International Law Permanent Bureau on 15th to 18th February 2016.
The IAML’s observer at the Hague Conference will be Anne-Marie Hutchinson OBE. We look forward to reporting back from the experts meeting. IAML’s attendance follows on from the earlier work carried out by the Permanent Bureau on Parentage/Surrogacy arrangements project and from the important symposium on international surrogacy arrangements held by the IAML on 18th/19th May 2015 in London.
