Prizewinning Essay for European Chapter

The fifth IAML European Chapter Annual Award for Young Family Lawyers has been awarded to Frances Goldsmith of French firm Libra Avocats.
Frances' prizewinning essay answered this case study
A panel of IAML Fellows had to choose between nine essays submitted on this set topic. Frances has been invited to the European Chapter Meeting in Seville with travel costs and attendance costs met where she will be presented with her prize of €1,000.
Two runner-up prizes of €500 were also awarded to Nina Reuter of Jürgens Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Potsdam, Germany and Stuart Clark of The International Family Law Group LLP, London, England.
This year's essay subject will be publicised shortly with a view to having the essays submitted in the Autumn. This is a great opportunity for any young family lawyer looking to become more involved with international family law work.
