The first European Chapter Annual Award for Young Family Lawyers has been awarded to Carolina Marín Pedreño of London firm Dawson Cornwell. Her prizewinning essay on the subject of 'The Brussels II bis Regulation - Five Years On and Proposals for Reform' can be read through the link below.
