Nick is recognised in the legal directories as one of England’s leading experts in pre- and post-nuptial agreements. He drafts them; reviews those drafted by others (including providing a second opinion for solicitors); and litigates matrimonial finance cases which concern them. Nick’s practice in large measure concerns agreements which cross borders. He is one of the few English practitioners completely comfortable with agreements involving input from multiple jurisdictions, such that he is frequently asked to lead a team of lawyers in different countries and navigate the complex issues which result. Nick is a former winner of the Academy's Annual Award for Young Family Lawyers in Europe. He lectures at Oxford University on the law of nuptial agreements.
