Dr Michael Wells-Greco has considerable experience in disputes relating to children (custody, visitation, maintenance, protection measures, child abduction (Hague and non–Hague)), both within and outside of the Court forum. Michael is highly sought after to advise on international surrogacy arrangements, co-parenting agreements and adoption matters. Michael also advises on nuptial and cohabitation agreements and on resolving family disputes. His work usually has an international perspective, often cross-border issues with Italy and with the UK and other English speaking countries. Michael is a senior lecturer and author on family law and private international law matters. Michael is admitted to the EU list of the supervisory commission of lawyers for the canton of Geneva, Switzerland and is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
