Profile

Since 1996, has focused on complex family law cases, both at the trial and appellate levels and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Obtained Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois (1993) and Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame (1996) where she participated in the National Institute of Trial Advocacy program. While at Notre Dame, worked on the research and drafting of a book entitled Problems in Family Law, published in 1997 by Aspen Legal Publishing, and has since published articles in the Matrimonial Strategist, and the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. Has also lectured on a variety of subjects, including trial techniques and various family law topics, for the Chicago Bar Association and is a past Chair of the CBA Young Lawyers Division; Trial Techniques Committee. Is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the American Bar Association (Family Law and Litigation Sections).
