Admitted as a solicitor in England and in Hong Kong (1992), Tasmania (1994) and Sydney (1995) of Australia. Established Jonathan Mok Legal in September 2017 after leaving an international firm where he practised as a partner since 2001. Joined Karas So LLP as a partner in December 2022. Member of the Family Law Committee of the Law Society since 2008. Appointed as a deputy District Judge of the Family Courts in October 2010. Accredited Family Mediator since 2011.
