Hachem practices in all areas of international family law.  He advises on property settlements and financial matters, international relocation and abduction (including Hague Convention proceedings) and other complex aspects of family law matters across various jurisdictions. Hachem frequently represents and advises individuals and families on private international law matters. Hachem is experienced in international litigation, including high wealth property cases and matters involving legal and commercial complexity, as well as in the enforcement of judgments. Hachem’s expertise in complex financial matters includes acting for high net worth individuals in cross border litigation and high value financial cases related to divorce, matrimonial and family finance. Hachem also advises on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and has extensive experience in all issues arising from the breakdown of relationships – domestic and international.
