Ciaran is a founding partner of Phoenix Law, one of Northern Irelands most high-profile law firms that has a reputation for offering formidable legal advice and protection for its clients. He has over a decade of experience in family law with specialism in same sex family creation and disputes that are both domestic and international. Ciaran is also regularly instructed in financial dispute cases that include expert valuation, pensions, forensic accounting, and multi-jurisdictional issues. Ciaran is a solicitor advocate appearing in criminal courts defending clients that have related issues arising from domestic disputes and allegations that affect family units such as violence or sexual abuse.
