Originally from Canada, educated at McGill then Oxford. Admitted as solicitor in 2000.  Established specialist family team at media and entertainment firm, Lee & Thompson, in 2007 before moving it to Harbottle & Lewis in 2017.  Heads a 15-strong group, drawing on expertise of other niche groups to tackle clients’ multi-faceted legal issues (media, reputation management, tax, commercial).  

Her practice comprises wide spectrum of family law, including complex children issues and divorce/separation involving complicated assets in a wide variety of forms, including offshore trusts and companies.  Clients invariably international with cases spanning multiple jurisdictions, in terms of asset base, input of foreign experts, jurisdiction battles and movement of children across borders. Many recent, precedent-setting cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal for high-profile clients.
