Profile

Byron practised as a barrister in central London for ten years before moving to work for Expatriate Law where he has been since 2017. He is a partner in the firm, manages a brilliant team and specialises exclusively in international family law cases – encompassing the full range of family law work, from children to financial matters. He is regularly involved in English reported cases involving complex points of law and writes/speaks on topics of interest as they arise. Byron is one of the few leading English family lawyers based outside of England (in the UAE) and as a result has a unique expertise and understanding of the law and issues affecting English expatriates around the world, especially in the Middle East.
