Profile

Adriana de Ruiter holds a Law degree from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, The Netherlands, and from Universidad Carlos III, in Madrid, as well as a postgraduate in Migration law at ICADE (Madrid) and a specialization in international law at the University Nacional Autónoma, México.
She has been a lawyer at the bar of Madrid since 2002 and is an expert in resolving family conflicts in an international context, including International Child Abduction. She is chair of the Board of ASIME, the Spanish Association for International Child Abduction. She cooperates with Universities in Madrid and publishes articles on International Family law. Adriana de Ruiter has also specialized in Collaborative law and holds a certification on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
She is founder partner of TULP ABOGADOS, a law firm based in Madrid with a wealth of experience in Private International family law.
