IAFL Fellows and Family Lawyers from around the world may be interested in attending the Academy of European Law's Annual Conference on European Family Law 2022. It will take place in Trier, Germany from 22nd - 23rd September 2022 and will be delivered in English and German (simultaneous interpretation).
The focus of this year's event is the new Brussels IIb Regulation (EU Regulation 2019/1111), which will apply from 1 August 2022. The conference will present the legal changes and point out issues which are still unresolved.
