The Academy currently has 4 regional components or, as they are known, IAFL Chapters. The largest is the USA Chapter with just over 400 Fellows from 41 states; a European Chapter with 335 fellows from 35 different countries; an Asia Pacific Chapter with 152 Fellows from 14 jurisdictions and a Canadian Chapter with over 60 fellows.
